We begin with a comprehensive Needs Assessment to evaluate existing systems and identify areas for additional support. Collaborating closely with staff and administrators, we develop proactive strategies tailored to your culture and policies. Our ongoing consultation includes assessing intervention effectiveness, providing training, and refining strategies as needed. Using evidence-based, data-driven methods, we ensure support at all levels, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

We design tailored curricula to meet the unique needs of persons with disabilities. Our approach combines evidence-based practices with innovative strategies to support learning across academic, vocational, social, and life skills domains.

We use best practice standards to evaluate vocational programs for individuals with and without disabilities.  Recommendations are made for new initiatives, including the development of career portfolios, vocational curriculum development, design and/or modification, motivational programs, staff training initiatives, and peer mentoring programs to facilitate vocational opportunities.

We provide direct staff training as well as didactic and activity-based inservices to address a variety of topics in Positive Behavior Support.
